Hello, I am Larisa Barkovskaia
I´m a versatile (full stack) Global Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Consultant with more than 15 years of HR experience in international corporations and start-ups across various industry sectors: FMCG, IT, Consulting, FinTech, RegTech, and e-commerce.

My core expertise: Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Scaling up tech teams and business in Europe, International Tech Recruiting and Sourcing.

In 2021, after completing a Master's Degree in International HR Management and Leadership I obtained a Management Consulting Licence in Austria and founded my own consulting firm.
I offer HR consulting services tailored to international tech start-ups' needs, work agile, and design and implement scalable recruitment solutions.
My current focus is fast-growing tech start-ups/scale-ups consulting on IT talent attraction and retention strategies during the hyper-growth and transformation stage, including planning, project management, and hands-on full-cycle recruitment for tech & product roles.
I was born in Russia, live in Austria, work remotely worldwide, and love to travel.
I'm passionate about growing tech start-ups and connecting them with the right talent. I enjoy partnering with founders, senior managers, and HR Leaders, helping them to scale the team and the company culture globally.
